Recent Salvation Stories
I'm amazed how receptive lost people can be when they hear a clear presentation of the Gospel. Sometimes we get the idea that it's hard to reach people but since COVID I have never seen such a receptivity from the lost. Last night we had 6 salvation decisions. Nine times in the past month we've had more than 20 people respond to know more about salvation. We haven't been keeping track of decisions and recently most places haven't told us a number, but I know that twice in the last month we've had 30 people receive Christ on the same night.
During an invitation this fall, an entire family came forward and all prayed to receive Christ at the same time. A young lady in her 20s, with tears in her eyes, came forward and gave her life to Christ. A little girl came to me after a church service and with great excitement announced, "I'm going to heaven!" The stories go on and on.
The creative tools we use often draw people who might not normally attend a church service. Recently a young lady came to one of our outreach services. Her parents are atheists but let her come because she had seen us share at her school and wanted to attend. She came forward and talked with the pastor. She didn't make a decision but ended by asking, "Is this something I can do at home?" Please pray for her and others like her who are seeking and deciding.
At another revival, a couple of high school boys came forward during the invitation. They listened to the plan of salvation and one of them said, "I don't want to go to hell but I'm not sure what to think about this Jesus stuff."
People are seeking and our job is to plant seeds wherever we go. Not everyone immediately embraces Christ but pray with us for them that God will continue to move in their hearts.
God is amazingly good and we praise Him for touching so many lives. We also thank you. Your support allows us to continue sharing the Gospel in the United States and around the world.
