  • Provide pre-written captions or images they can use.

Email Signatures

  • Include the website link in all staff and church leader email signatures.

Bulletin & Newsletter Announcements

  • Include the website link in the Sunday bulletin and highlight new features.
  • Feature it regularly in the church newsletter.

Sunday Service Announcements

  • Share available site content (sermons, events, giving, resources).
  • Show the site on the screen during announcements.

Business Cards & Invite Cards

  • Print small invite cards with the web address and service times.
  • Encourage members to hand them out.

QR Codes

  • Create a QR code that goes straight to the website.
  • Place it on bulletins, posters, doors, and event flyers.

Community Flyers & Posters

  • When advertising community events, always include the website.

Google & Local Directories

  • Update the church’s Google Business Profile with the new website.
  • Add it to local online directories (Yelp, Chamber of Commerce, local city listings).

Sermon Follow-Ups

  • At the end of services, remind people: “You can find this week’s message and study questions online at [church website].”

Youth Ministry Challenges

  • Have your youth group create short videos promoting the site and share them online.

Launch Event or Highlight Sunday

  • Dedicate a Sunday as “Website Launch Day.”
  • Do a live walkthrough of the site for the congregation.
  • Help them see the value in sharing the site with their friends

Testimonies Online

  • Post short salvation stories or other testimonies on the site (through YouTube), then encourage members to share those pages directly.

Printed Materials Update

  • Update all brochures, stationery, envelopes, offering slips, and banners with the new web address.

Encourage Digital Invitations

  • Teach members how to text or message the link to friends as an easy invite.

Podcast or Sermon Streaming

  • If your site hosts sermons or you host sermons on YouTube and use your site as a landing page for them, remind people weekly: “You can listen again or share today’s message from our website.”
