What we collect and how we use it:
• Personal Information and Access
Certain products and services provided by 330ministries may require user information. We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your information. We do not share or sell your information to third parties although we reserve the right to contact you to promote third party resources or to share your information with third parties to perform services on your behalf. • Use of Addresses
Our system often requires a physical address. This is to complete your account to make ordering easier in the future in case you order physical products such as books, Gospel illusions, etc. We rarely send mail to your physical address. Your location might also be used to promote to you opportunities in your state or community.

• Use of Phone Number
Our system often asks for your phone number. This is to complete your account in case we need to contact you concerning your purchase. We do not use spam calls, promotional calls, or give or sell this information to third parties. The use of your phone number is only to assist us in helping process your order, if needed.

• Use of Email Addresses
If you are required to register using your email, we will send you periodic notifications. You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time. We do not share or sell your email to third parties although we reserve the right to contact you to promote third party resources or to share your information with third parties to perform services on your behalf. Some notification are sent automatically as you work through a registered activity. You can unsubscribe at any time either by using the unsubscribe button on any marketing communication or by emailing us at resources@threethirtyministries.org. Certain automated emails which are part of an interactive user experience may require you to unenroll from a course or activity in order to unsubscribe from notifications.

• Unique Device ID and GPS location
When you access one of our apps, we may collect your Unique Device ID (‘UDID’) and/or IP address and/or GPS location. We use this information to provide a tailored experience for you. The information is collected in order to determine the aggregate number of unique devices using our service or parts of our service, to track total usage, analyze data, and communicate with you more effectively. We may combine this information with information from third parties to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our service. We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties in association with your UDID or GPS location without your explicit permission.

• Website cookies
Our websites and some of our apps use cookies which allows you to keep your user preferences and to enhance better performance and user experience. Only trusted leaders of 330ministries will have access to this information. When you send an email or other communication to any 330ministries owned website, we may retain those communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may from time to time contact you concerning additional features and resources that we believe might be of interest to you. This Privacy Policy applies only to sites and apps that are owned and operated by 330ministries. 330ministries cannot regulate other sites linked from and within our various websites, apps and services. How we use your information?
When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. You may decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case we may not be able to provide those services to you.

330ministries does not share or sell your information to third parties although we reserve the right to contact you to promote third party resources or to share your information with third parties to perform services on your behalf. 330ministries may share your personal information only if it has a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms Of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of 330ministries, its users or the public as required or permitted by law, or (e) perform services on your behalf for a better user experience or for promotion of quality resources that may benefit you personally or your organization. 330ministries takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Unless explicit permission is obtained from you, 330ministries restricts access to personal information to its employees, leaders and agents who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals may be subject to discipline, including termination and legal action, if they fail to meet these obligations.

No Liability for Acts of Third Parties
330ministries will exercise reasonable efforts to safeguard personal information that is provided to us. However, data protected by security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, 330ministries shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of 330ministries including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of 330ministries staff and/or third parties.

330ministries reviews our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that, if you choose to provide 330ministries with any personal information, such information is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

You may choose to make purchases or electronic payments by accessing a website owned by 330ministries either directly or through an app. All financial transactions are handled through secured web-servers.

330ministries periodically reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. If we receive formal written complaints regarding privacy issues, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between 330ministries and an individual.

As 330ministries evolves, we may need to update this Policy to keep pace with changes in the service, our ministry and laws applicable to us and you. We will, however, always maintain our commitment to respect your privacy.
