Knight Ezri faces a familiar struggle: the urgent truth she carries is met with doubt and dismissal. Even when she risks everything to deliver the warning herself, the queen’s trusted advisor tries to silence her. Yet Ezri stands firm, ready to face opposition for the sake of the kingdom.
This reminds us of the courage it takes to stand for truth, especially when those in authority hesitate or reject warnings. Sometimes, obedience means patience; other times, it means boldness—pushing forward when silence or inaction could bring disaster.
Ezri’s story also challenges us to examine how we respond when others bring difficult messages. Are we quick to dismiss and doubt, or do we listen with humility and discernment?
Most of all, Ezri’s resolve echoes God’s call to speak up for justice, to protect the vulnerable, and to persevere when opposition comes. The battle for good often begins with standing firm when the voices around us say “quiet.”
Key Verse
“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.”
— Proverbs 31:8-9 (WEB)

Prayer
Lord God,
Help me to be courageous like Knight Ezri when I need to speak up for what is right. Give me the strength to stand firm even when others don’t listen or try to stop me. Teach me to listen well and respond with wisdom. Please protect those who are weak or forgotten, and help me to be a voice for them. Thank You for being with me always, especially when I face hard things.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
