Your community is already asking questions—about God, suffering, anxiety, family, purpose, forgiveness, and what happens after death.
Most of them just aren’t asking the church.
This simple outreach creates a safe, welcoming way for your community to share what they’re really wrestling with—anonymously if they want—and gives your church a clear, practical path to respond with compassion, truth, and the hope of Jesus Christ.
A Simple Idea With Big Impact
We will create for you a church-hosted online survey where anyone can:
- Ask a question about life, God, faith, pain, doubt, relationships, and struggles
- Choose to submit anonymously or provide an email to request a personal response
- Receive an invitation to a sermon series on the Top Ten Spiritual Questions your community is asking
- Get the opportunity to meet with a pastor or church leader to talk more
This isn’t a gimmick. It’s a bridge.
A bridge between:
- people and the church
- questions and Scripture
- pain and hope
- curiosity and the Gospel
How Your Church Uses the Questions
1) Build a Sermon Series From the Real Questions in Your Community
Instead of guessing what people need, you’ll know.
We help you take the most common submissions and build a sermon series like:
“Top 10 Spiritual Questions in Our Community”
This becomes a natural invitation for your church members:
- “Our community asked these questions—come hear the answers.”
It’s outreach that doesn’t feel like outreach. It feels like a conversation.
2) Respond Personally to Those Who Request It
When someone asks for an answer by email, your church can respond with:
- warmth and empathy
- Biblical clarity
- practical next steps
- an offer to meet in person
That email can be the beginning of discipleship.
And, because we don’t want to burden your leadership, we will provide a sample Biblical and theologically-correct answer to every for every question desiring answer. You can use our answers, edit, adapt, or create your own. The purpose of this outreach isn’t to create more work, but to free you up to do real ministry.
We will focus on the program, so you can focus on the people.
The Goal: Taking the Gospel Beyond the Walls
This project helps your church do what churches are called to do:

What Your Church Does
You do the part only your church can do:
- promote it
- pray over it
- preach the Word
- meet people
- love your community
- share the Gospel clearly
Imagine What This Could Unlock
- A sermon series that your community actually invites friends to hear
- People who would never walk into a church opening up anonymously
- Gospel conversations starting in inboxes and turning into coffee house connections
- Your church becoming known as a place that listens and answers with grace and truth
- Plus, this is a great discipleship opportunity as the leaders involved learn how to Biblically answer real questions and learn how to create bridges to share the Gospel in regular conversations.
This is a bridge-building tool—and bridges are meant to be crossed.
We’ll help you launch it, run it, and turn it into sermons and personal follow-up—so your pastor and staff can stay focused on people and ministry.

We recently partnered with ThreeThirtyMinistries to survey our community with the question, If you could ask God anything and He would answer, what would you ask? The response from inside and outside our church was amazing. They provided a website, promotion and social media ideas, and sample topics from previous churches to give an idea of what to anticipate. Their ability to track, sort and update the incoming questions was amazing. I would encourage you to partner with ThreeThirtyMinistires and let them help you meet the spiritual needs of your community by answering the questions everyone is asking from a Biblical perspective.

Commonly Asked Questions
How long does the survey run?
The survey campaign is usually active for eight weeks followed by a 6 to 10 week sermon series. We start by introducing it within your church family, then extend the invitation to the wider community about two weeks later.
Once the survey concludes, we recommend a one-month lead-in before beginning the sermon series. This provides time to celebrate participation, share what you’ve learned, build momentum, and naturally move from listening to your community into preaching a sermon series shaped by their real questions.
Do we need any training to answer questions?
Along with sample email responses, we provide training resources to help your leaders answer questions in a biblically faithful and relational way. We also offer in-person training at your church (extra costs are involved), equipping leaders to respond briefly, clearly, and with Scripture—always extending an invitation to continue the conversation.
Evangelism is woven throughout this process. We equip your team with practical tools for creating Gospel conversations and confidently leading people of any age to Christ.
How far in advance do we need to plan?
The timeline is flexible and can move as quickly as you’re ready. That said, we strongly recommend a thoughtful progression that allows vision, prayer, and engagement to build naturally.
Most churches follow this rhythm:
- Cast vision with leadership — align pastors and key leaders around the purpose and process
- Cast vision with the church — invite your congregation into listening and praying
- Pray and promote — bathe the effort in prayer while building awareness
- Launch the survey within your church, then expand it to the wider community
- Engage, relate, and follow up with those who respond
- Pray for and promote the sermon series shaped by the questions
- Build toward a significant outreach Sunday focused on the most-asked question in your community
This approach allows momentum to grow organically while keeping the focus on people, prayer, and the Gospel at every step.
What if we get very sensitive questions?
In our ministry, we regularly invite people to ask honest questions—and at times those questions touch on very difficult subjects, including self-harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, addiction, abuse, and deep personal pain. Occasionally, questions like these may also come through the survey.
These questions should not alarm or deter you. They represent people in dark places who are reaching out and in need of the light and hope found in Christ. This is precisely the work the Church is called to do—to meet people where they are and walk with them toward healing and truth.
It is important for churches to be aware of and follow their state’s legal and reporting requirements in situations involving harm or abuse. Our ministry will help provide guidance and best practices for handling these situations wisely, compassionately, and responsibly.
Why do you begin the survey in the church and then move to the community?
You may be surprised by the kinds of questions people within your own church are asking—questions about hurt, abuse, pornography, and deep biblical and spiritual concerns. Beginning the survey inside the church allows you to meet these needs with care while helping your leadership become comfortable with the rhythm of reading, responding to, and shepherding people through written conversations.
Starting internally also prevents an overwhelming volume of questions from arriving all at once from both inside and outside the church. It allows the process to be thoughtfully staged, giving your leaders time to engage well, respond wisely, and build confidence before expanding the outreach to the broader community.
How do we know the sample answers we get from you are Biblical and theologically correct?
We are a conservative, Bible-believing ministry, committed to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture. While we partner with a range of Bible-believing denominations, most of our in-person ministry work is carried out in Southern Baptist churches.

Pricing
We are a ministry—not a business—but there are real costs involved in faithfully administering this outreach on behalf of your church, including a customized domain name, website setup, ongoing question management, and support.
We want to be transparent with cost although the final price depends on two primary factors: the size of the church and the size of the surrounding community. Larger churches and larger communities typically generate more questions, follow-up, and administrative needs. Providing custom price quotes allows us to serve each church well while keeping the ministry as affordable as possible for churches of all sizes.
Once you submit the form above, we’ll follow up with a clear, fixed price quote tailored to your situation—so you’ll know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
Please fill out the form above for a custom price quote.
If your church is experiencing financial difficulty, please reach out using the form above. We’d be happy to talk and see whether scholarship support may be available.
