Your church is defined not by what you say but by what you produce
Imagine a man invites you to invest in his pillow factory. He gives a great pitch, shows you the building, and talks about the mission. But when you walk inside, you don’t see pillows—you see toasters coming off the assembly line. Is this really a pillow factory? Of course not—you know the truth by what’s being produced.
The same is true for the church. We can talk about who we think we are, but the real measure is found in what we’re producing. Although records and statistics can’t evaluate everything, a careful statistical review of your church’s records and processes helps reveal the reality—where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re headed. From there, we’ll suggest clear targets and provide strategy suggestions to move forward with purpose, health, and effectiveness for the glory of God.
Simple. Easy. Impacting. You simply provide us with some data, answer some questions, and we do the rest!
For churches of all sizes. Pricing depends on your average worship attendance.
What do we evaluate?
To give you an overall picture of where you’ve been and where you’re going, we’ll review the following information about your church.
You may not have some of these records, and that’s okay. We’ll work with what you provide. You can also choose to provide or not to provide any of the information below for up to the past 10 years:
Statistical Record Review
- Worship attendance
- Bible Study attendance
- Number of Salvation Decisions
- Number of Baptisms (Plus Age Categories of those being baptized)
- Number of Guests
- Number of Members
- VBS Records (i.e., attendance, number of first time guests, number of guests, number of salvation decisions, etc.)
- Camp Records (i.e., attendance, number of first time guests, number of guests, number of salvation decisions, etc.)
- Budget (You don’t have to provide this or you can provide a budget snapshot. We do not need specific salary information. We don’t review your budget to give you financial advice. We primary look at it because how you spend your money tells us what is important to you. We also look at giving trends.)
Website Review
Your church’s website is the front door for newcomers—whether they are brand new to the community or have lived there for years. But it’s often hard to see your website the way a first-time visitor would. That’s where an outside perspective can help. We will provide you with a professional church website evaluation that addresses the following:
- Discover what guests are seeing on your site.
- Find out what kind of first impression you are making.
- Does your site have the one main thing that most church websites lack?
- How can your site be more effective?
- How does your church website rank with search engines (in other words, how easily can people find it)?
- What is the performance rank of your website?
- What current features are helping other churches grow their ministries?
Process Questions
You may not have answer to these questions and that’s okay–We’ll help you evaluate and provide suggestions for the future.
- Guest Follow-Up – What is your process for following up on people who visit your church?
- Decision Follow-Up – What is your process for following up on people make decisions?
- Discipleship – What is your process for training disciples?
- Administrative – How do you plan? How do you calendar? Etc.
- Giving – How do you engage people with giving? What kind of giving opportunities do you provide?

We’ve streamlined this for ease…
Simple. Easy. For churches of all sizes.
We’ve streamlined this process to best meet your needs. Here’s how it works:
STEP 1 – Purchase a Ministry Roadmap Review below. Cost is based on your average worship attendance.
STEP 2 – We’ll send you an email with a list of the church records we need, along with a few questions about your church. At the same time, we’ll review statistical data about your community—such as demographics, schools, and local trends—to help us make the best recommendations for growth and outreach. You don’t need to provide anything for this part—we already have access to the information we need.
STEP 3 – We’ll review your data, identifying trends and directions to show you where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going. We’ll identify strengths and weaknesses, common pitfalls, red flags, and important indicators.
STEP 4 – We’ll provide you with a written, professional evaluation along with suggestions and ministry strategies for the future. This will be a PDF that will be emailed to you and that is easy to share with other staff and church leaders.
